Your Account:

In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Sportpool will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can only set up your account by registering online.

You can make deposits into your account by accessing the 'My Account' facility when logged in as a full member on this site. All deposits are currently supported by Moneybookers.  Sportpool holds no record of ANY players card details.  No other method of deposit to your account will currently be accepted by Sportpool.

To make a withdrawal you can either access the 'Your Account' facility online or contact Customer Support. You can withdraw direct back to card, bank transfer or cheque.

Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure.

The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

You must maintain your account in order to place entries in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse any entry(s) for any reason.

You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by sending us an e-mail to exclude@sportpool.co.uk with your instructions.  Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Sportpool will not accept wagers from this account. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email.

Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by cheque (subject to the conditions set out below) or wire transfer (after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You are not permitted to make more than one withdrawal from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note as follows –

Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in the UK.  Wire transfers in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided.

Withdrawal by cheque: each withdrawal must be at least £10 and must be no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. This cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with us.

Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.

We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid by cheque or other means within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Sportpool.

In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, Sportpool reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individuals players misuse of the financial functionality.
